Who we are
BrackenKit (brackenkit.com) sells digital products — templates, tools and guides. Sales are processed by Polar.sh acting as merchant of record: Polar handles payment, applicable VAT/sales tax, receipts and file delivery, and their terms apply to the checkout transaction itself.
Licence for purchased products
Unless a product page says otherwise, purchases include a commercial licence: you may use the product in unlimited personal, commercial and client projects. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the product itself (or a trivially modified version of it) as a product of your own.
Refunds
If a product doesn't work as described and we can't fix it promptly, we'll refund you — email support@brackenkit.com with your order reference.
