The short version
This site has no accounts, no tracking cookies and no analytics scripts of its own. We don't collect personal data just because you browsed.
When you buy something
Checkout happens on Polar.sh, our merchant of record. Polar collects what a payment legally requires (email, payment details, country for VAT) under their own privacy policy. We see order details (your email and what you bought) so we can provide support and product updates — nothing more.
When you email us
We keep support emails (support@brackenkit.com) for as long as needed to help you, then they're ordinary mailbox history. We don't add you to any list.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which produces standard server logs (IP address, requested page) for operating the service.
