Downloads & receipts

Purchases are processed by Polar.sh, our merchant of record. Your receipt and download link arrive by email within a minute of purchase — check spam if you don't see it. You can also re-access your purchases any time via Polar's customer portal link in that email.

Refunds

If a product doesn't work as described and we can't fix it promptly, you get your money back — just email us with your order reference. Refunds are processed through Polar back to your original payment method.

Bug reports

Found a bug in a template or tool? Tell us what you expected, what happened, and your environment (OS, Node version). Fixes ship as free updates to existing buyers via Polar's file delivery.
